We collect information you provide to us, such as your name, email address, business details, and any content you create within the platform. When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we may receive your Page ID, Page name, Page access token, and engagement related to your Page.
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your personal Facebook password, private messages outside your connected Pages, or your friends list. We do not access or request more permissions than needed to provide FlyteSuite features.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to deliver FlyteSuite services, such as content publishing, scheduling, engagement inbox features, AI suggestions, analytics, and account management. All Meta-related actions require user approval before sending.
4. Data Protection
Your tokens and sensitive data are encrypted and securely stored. We take strong measures to protect your information and do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Disconnecting Your Accounts
You may disconnect your Facebook or Instagram accounts at any time through FlyteSuite settings. To delete your FlyteSuite account and all associated data, contact support@flytesuite.com.
6. Children’s Privacy
FlyteSuite is not intended for users under 18.
