By accessing or using FlyteSuite (“FlyteSuite”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

FlyteSuite is a creator-first, AI-powered platform that assists users with content creation, publishing workflows, analytics, website tools and related features. FlyteSuite provides assistance and recommendations only. Users remain fully responsible for all content, actions, and decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using FlyteSuite, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

5. Subscription, Trials and Billing

• FlyteSuite may offer paid subscriptions and time-limited trials.

• Trial access automatically expires unless upgraded.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Post illegal, harmful, deceptive or infringing content

• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit or disrupt the platform

• Use FlyteSuite for spam, scams or automated actions without user approval

7. AI Features and Content Responsibility

FlyteSuite uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and insights.

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving and publishing content

• FlyteSuite does not guarantee compliance with platform rules (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok)

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding and platform materials are owned by FlyteSuite or its licensors. You retain ownership of your content but grant FlyteSuite a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the Services.

9. Third-Party Services

FlyteSuite may integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages or changes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. FlyteSuite does not guarantee results, growth, revenue or performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyteSuite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlyteSuite from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
